On Wednesday, we had a fantastic event with Scott Lawrence, Senior Director of Analytic Applications at Cognos, who fielded questions ALL DAY in our discussion forum. You can see the interesting questions our members asked Scott -- and how he responded -- by viewing the discussion threads.

SearchCRM also conducted an interview with a Cognos customer, Beverage Can Americas. We wanted to know more about how they are now getting a better look at crucial data and helping customers help themselves. Read that story, entitled Beverage Can Americas pops lid on Cognos BI.
