. If you missed it, don't panic. You can still view a lot of the content.

For example, SearchCRM spoke with L. George Klaus , Epicor's Chairman of the Board, CEO and President, about his thoughts on Microsoft as a competitor in the CRM market. One of our favorite quotes last week came from that interview:

"Just because [Microsoft is] bigger than us doesn't mean they're going to have a better product in any sense of the word, and in fact, I don't think they will." --George Klaus, Epicor CEO

On Wednesday, we had a fantastic event with Doug Berry, General Manager of the Clientele Group, who fielded questions ALL DAY in our discussion forum. Some of the topics discussed include: data synchronization, customizations, Epicor's new release of Clientele, based on the .NET architecture, and plenty more. You can see how Doug responded -- by viewing the discussion threads.

SearchCRM also conducted an interview with one of Epicor's customers, Coreco Imaging. We wanted to know more about their project and how they are measuring success. Read that story, entitled Coreco Imaging spruces up its own image with new CRM software .

In general, it was a very informative week filled with interesting questions and comments. Thanks to everyone who participated.
