On Wednesday, we had a fantastic event with Doug Berry, General Manager of the Clientele Group, who fielded questions ALL DAY in our discussion forum. Some of the topics discussed include: data synchronization, customizations, Epicor's new release of Clientele, based on the .NET architecture, and plenty more. You can see how Doug responded -- by viewing the discussion threads.

SearchCRM also conducted an interview with one of Epicor's customers, Coreco Imaging. We wanted to know more about their project and how they are measuring success. Read that story, entitled Coreco Imaging spruces up its own image with new CRM software .
