SearchCRM.com is pleased to announce the winners of our annual Products of the Year program. The SearchCRM.com Products of the Year program highlights the best CRM and call center products introduced this year, helping you better understand and evaluate the software available currently on the market.

Products were evaluated based on the following criteria:

We solicited nominations from CRM and call center vendors and recruited a panel of judges to evaluate the vendor’s submissions. The judges reviewed more than 65 products in five categories. The results are presented here. You'll see products with advanced functionality and products that make usability a priority. You'll see products designed specifically for small businesses and products geared toward the largest of enterprises.
