There are so many vendors with so many offerings -- but which one is right for your organization? Where do you begin the process of researching and evaluating CRM and/or BI technology? Sometimes, obtaining the information you require can be a daunting task. That's where we would like to help.

W e designed The Vendor Selection Seriesto facilitate an opportunity for searchCRM members to meet CRM and BI vendors by interacting with them through multiple features on the site. After all, we understand that you need more than just a sales pitch -- you want real answers to real questions. This is your chance.
   HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
We schedule a designated week to feature particular vendors and we give you an opportunity to see those vendors demonstrate their CRM/BI competence and their responsiveness to the CRM/BI community. We generally hold two week-long Vendor Selection Series per month (that's one vendor per week).

During the week, you can expect:
  • An up-close and personal interview with a C-level executive from the vendor
    • Our writing staff seeks to convey only the most revealing and candid information as it pertains to you, the CRM/BI professional.

  • An  interactive discussion event with a C-level executive from the vendor
    • You post a question in our Vendor Selection Series discussion forum and the executive addresses your question directly.

  • A candid  case study about one of the vendor's customers
    • Our writing staff gets to the heart of the story -- we do not regurgitate marketing collateral.

  • All week access to a vendor representative via our Ask the Expert feature.
    • You submit a question, you get an answer within 24 hours.
By the end of the week, you should have a much better understanding of the vendor -- empowering you with the education to make a more informed technology decision.
