CRM Suite
Gold Award:
CRM Suite: Aplicor Enterprise, version 5.5
Choosing a CRM suite is often considered one of the most important decisions an organization will make -- directly affecting daily sales operations and the bottom line.
Our judges found the CRM suite software category especially difficult, with the top products all coming in close to one another.
“There are at least five or six very strong submissions.... These come out on top because they provide full support for marketing, sales and customer service [full CRM] and have several innovative features, especially around mobile access and social CRM,” said one judge.
But the winner was clear: Aplicor Enterprise v5.5, from Boca Raton, Fla.-based Aplicor Inc.
“This is a full, hosted CRM with unique architecture,” one of the judges said.
Aplicor’s offering is delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS), with fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and CRM solutions specifically targeted for global midmarket organizations. The software also offers separate but integrated software modules for sales force automation (SFA), marketing management, customer support and partner relationship management (PRM), according to its submission materials.
Aplicor Enterprise is also the first SaaS CRM solution to offer an isolated tenancy hosting model, the submission materials say. The software leverages an “isolated tenancy” hosting model that grants each customer its own dedicated and private database, providing physical data segregation, flexible integration, consistent application performance and more.
Aplicor’s representatives say that since implementing the on-demand architecture in March 2003, they’ve sustained no downtime.
Users need only a Web browser and Internet connectivity to use Aplicor Enterprise and are guaranteed a 99.9% uptime service-level agreement (SLA).
Pricing for Aplicor Enterprise CRM software is $89 per user per month and includes all CRM software, new releases and customer support. At an additional cost, Aplicor also offers professional services that are priced on a time-and-materials basis.
