The application is offered via the Software as a Service (SaaS) model at an affordable price for SMBs, according to our judges. eSalesForce received "special kudos for in-process Virtual Sales Coach, the Quota Planner, and leads distribution engine, which are all supported by a dynamic workflow engine," in the words of one judge. The application also includes a document automator, allowing sales reps to merge document templates with information from the business database and send out customized .pdf or Word documents.
eSalesForce is available either annually or month-to-month on a per user basis. The annual plan costs $50 per month, per user. The month-to-month plan is $60 dollars per month, per user. Prices are based on a five-seat minimum and include a one-time registration fee equal to one month's subscription.
