Although Triversity's Allegiance 4.1 is designed specifically for retail, our judges thought it had universal appeal in terms of innovation. The Allegiance product has rich data mining capabilities and enables management of customer marketing programs across all channels to generate more targeted promotional offers.

In its latest release, Allegiance boasts real-time functionality that gives it an advantage over other vendors in its class. It enables retailers to share information from the database to any point-of-interaction with the customer (point-of-sale, kiosk, store portal application, customer service applications, etc.) and retrieves offer data in less than four seconds, regardless of concurrent system activity. For example, it can provide a retail store associate with details on the last suit a customer purchased, enabling the associate to locate and sell ties and shirts to match that suit as well as the newest purchase. Allegiance supports 200 stores with 10,000 transactions per store per day and 200 simultaneous interactive users.

The judges in this category gave Triversity the highest possible scores for ease of use, functionality and performance. One judge commented "Triversity closes the loop between retailers and their customers. Through real-time promotions and analysis, Triversity allows the retailer to be agile and create a true relationship with their customers."
