Jim Downey, vice president of global research operations at St.Paul, Minn.-based Power Systems Research, wants to learn all he can in preparation for moving all of his company's systems from on-site servers to Salesforce's cloud-based software.
And Michael Carpenter, regional vice president at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in Boston, is attending to get the full scoop on Salesforce. His company is a possible customer, and he wants to hear the latest information about Salesforce products.
But that's not all that Marklund, Downey and Carpenter had to say about Salesforce. Watch this video to see the complete interviews and get the latest coverage from Dreamforce 2012.
