Salesforce.com's annual Dreamforce conference wasn't short on announcements.
Among the products and plans the company rolled out were a new enterprise license agreement, allowing companies to circumvent the per-user-based licenses that can be tricky for large customers, and new capabilities for Chatter, its collaboration platform.

They did so without the need for full Saleforce.com user licenses.He also shares his appreciation for Salesforce.com CEO Marc Benioff's view of the social enterprise and how Huntington Bank created an internal, Facebook-like tool to facilitate the CRM implementation.
