What call center software is used by Fortune 500 companies?

Is there any way to identify the call center software the Fortune 500 companies are using? Maybe not, but Paul Greenberg offers some advice for choosing call center software in this expert tip.

Probably not, beyond asking them or Googling your way through the Internet with names and company information. Perhaps it would help to ask this question to members of a call center association like CIAC (Call Center Industry Advisory Council) or a CRM user group.

If I were to register a guess – and that's what it would be – given the scope and size of the call centers at a Fortune 500 company, Siebel's Call Center applications would most likely be a popular choice. Some others might choose Amdocs or KANA. Perhaps some variation of Genesys would be used too. But these are guesses and only guesses.
