Innotrac acquires fulfillment and CRM services company
Innotrac Corp. has announced that it has acquired Universal Distribution Services (UDS), which provides integrated order processing, order management, fulfillment and CRM services. The customer base of UDS includes direct marketing companies, retailers and e-tailers, and the acquisition is part of Innotrac's strategy to develop an integrated national footprint in fulfillment, call center and CRM services.
KnowledgeBase Marketing selects Xchange, MicroStrategy for CRM offerings
At the NCDM Conference, Xchange Inc. and MicroStrategy Inc. announced that KnowledgeBase Marketing Inc. had selected their respective software for its Impact CRM suite. Xchange was selected for campaign management software, and MicroStrategy's eCRM 7 was chosen as the backbone of Impact.
