Onyx Software Corp. and AvantGo Inc. have announced a strategic alliance to deliver mobile CRM software to large, field-based sales and services teams for wireless access to customer information. By combining AvantGo mobile infrastructure software and services with Onyx's XML-based platform, the two companies will offer real-time, wireless access to data. It will enable an organization's mobile professionals to manage contact information, review and update sales opportunities in their pipeline, access urgent service requests, and view customer history via handheld devices.
DataFlux and YellowBrick Solutions announce strategic alliance
DataFlux Corp., a SAS Company and YellowBrick Solutions have established a strategic alliance to take advantage of cross-marketing opportunities throughout the world. YellowBrick targets its software at companies, which have established database-marketing capabilities in vertical markets. DataFlux focuses on all companies and organizations that need to enhance the quality of their data. As a key part of this alliance, DataFlux and YellowBrick have agreed to host workshops to cross-train their sales teams in the usage of each other's software systems.
Jones Cyber Solutions partners with Emperative
Jones Cyber Solutions Ltd. and Emperative have announced a partnership that will provide broadband and cable companies with end-to-end customer care and provisioning software. JCS's customer care software, Intelligent Customer Support Systems, will be integrated with Emperative's provisioning engine, ProvEn Cable, which includes self-activation of high-speed cable-modem service.
