ABOUT ERIN KINIKIN
Erin brings 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer service, including eight years of sales and sales support and six years of high technology marketing. Prior to joining Giga Information Group in 1999, Erin defined and launched a suite of CRM analytic applications, as senior director of product marketing for Broadbase Software. She has also held director-level product marketing and management positions at Informix, where she managed and launched the first Universal Database Server, and Sybase, where she was responsible for Sybase's data warehouse strategy. Erin started her career at IBM, where she worked with Fortune 500 companies to define, deliver and manage customer and retail applications.
